By booking with CrownedGold Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies. It is the client's responsibility to review all policies prior to booking.
Is a retainer required to book?
Yes. A 20% non-refundable retainer is required at booking to secure your session date and is applied toward your total. Final payment is due the day of your session.
Where is your studio located?
CrownedGold Photography is located in Augusta, GA. The studio address will be provided after booking.
Should I arrive ready for my session?
Yes. Please arrive camera-ready and no more than 5 minutes early. Sessions are often scheduled back-to-back, so preparation time may reduce your shooting time.
If you are traveling more than 1.5 hours, please select the Traveling Client add-on when booking. This adds 30 minutes for you to get dressed and touch up at the studio.
When will I receive my photos?
Proof galleries are delivered within 2–4 days after your session. Final edited images are delivered within 7–10 business days after your photo selections are submitted.
Optional rush delivery is available: 4–5 business days: $100 or 2–3 business days: $150.
What happens if I am late?
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and your scheduled end time cannot be extended. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in cancellation without refund.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice. Rescheduling within 72 hours requires a new retainer.
What if I need to cancel?
Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the retainer. Same-day cancellations or repeated rescheduling may result in future booking restrictions.
Will I receive all of my images?
Your package includes the number of professionally edited digital images specified at booking. Proofs are for photo selection ONLY. Additional retouched images may be purchased for $35 per image. RAW and unedited images are not provided, and unselected images are permanently deleted after final delivery.
How do consultations work?
An email consultation will be sent a few days before your session to finalize your vision, outfits, inspiration, and other session details. For questions before booking, email is your preferred method of communication.
What is your artistic discretion policy?
By booking CrownedGold Photography, you are hiring me for my established photography and editing style. Your preferences and inspiration are welcomed; however, final posing, composition, image selection, retouching, and creative decisions remain at the photographer's discretion.
