Yes, a non-refundable retainer must be paid at the time of booking and will be applied to the remaining balance.
•Where is your studio located?
My studio is located in Augusta, GA. You will receive the address in a confirmation email after paying the deposit.
•Should I come to my photoshoot prepared?
Yes, please arrive ready, as most sessions are limited to one hour. If you’re traveling, let me know so I can allocate extra time for you to get dressed.
•When should I book my session?
If you need to post on a specific date, unedited proofs are sent out 2-4 days after your session, with a turnaround time of 7-10 business days for selected photos. A $100 rush fee applies for delivery within 4-5 days, and $150 for 2-3 days after selection.
•What if I am running late?
You have a 15-minute grace period if you notify me. I do not charge a late fee, but session end times will not be extended. If you are 25+ minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a new appointment must be made.
•What if I need to rebook my session?
You may reschedule once at no cost with 72 hours’ notice. Rebooking within 72 hours requires cancellation of the original appointment. Emergencies (e.g., illness) may allow your deposit to be held for 60 days post-original date.
•What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Cancellations must be made through your confirmation email at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 50% charge of your balance.
•What happens if I don’t give notice prior to my session?
If no notice is given, you will be blocked from booking with CrownedGold Photography.
•How long will my photos be available for download?
Online galleries are available for download for 14 days only. After this period, your gallery will no longer be accessible.
•Will I have access to my unselected images?
I do not hold proofs for more than 14 days. If you do not select your images within that time, they will no longer be available, and unselected images will be deleted after selection.
•Do you provide raw (unedited) images?
No, I do not provide raw images. I aim to deliver only my best work, and unedited images do not reflect that.
•What is your artistic discretion policy?
Clients acknowledge that CrownedGold Photography is hired for its creative expertise. While client preferences are welcomed, the photographer retains full artistic discretion over final images, including composition and editing.
