Do you require a deposit?

A.Yes. The retainer/deposit is non-refundable and 20% of your balance. The deposit does go toward the overall payment. An invoice will be sent with the remaining balance and all your payment options.

When do I have to pay you?

A.All non-refundable deposits are due upon booking to secure our appointment. The remaining balance will be due upon the day of service.

How do I pay you?

A.I accept many forms of payments. I accept ApplePay, Zelle, CashApp, and you can also pay online when your invoice is received.

What if I need additional time for wardrobe and/or makeup changes?

A.It is $75 per additional hour. Message me to discuss how much additional time will be needed and I will add it to your invoice.

What if I want to buy more photos?

A.Additional retouched photos can be purchased for $35 per photo. Raw (unedited) images are not available for purchase at this time.

Do you provide props?

A.Studio sessions included basic seating props.
Clients are welcome to provide their own props for any session.
If you would prefer that the photographer provide props, be sure to add "set design" when booking. Send an email/message to discuss any special requests or details before booking.

Can I bring a guest with me?

A.Yes, you can. I encourage my clients to bring one person with them. Please limit the amount of additional people you bring with you.

How far in advance should I book you?

A.Proofs will be sent within 2-4 days after the session. Edited galleries will be delivered 7-10 days after photo selection. A $100 rush fee applies for delivery within 4-6 days after selection, and a $150 fee applies for a 2-3 day turnaround.

Do you travel?

A.My studio is located in Augusta, GA. If the session location requires travel beyond 25 minutes from my studio, a travel fee will apply, starting at $0.75 per mile for round-trip travel.

What if I need to reschedule?

A.I understand that situations can arise unexpectedly. I respect everyone’s time and request a 72-hour notice for rescheduling. If notice is given with less than 72 hours, your session will need to be canceled, and a new appointment must be scheduled.

What if I am running late?

A.Good question.
I understand that unexpected events can happen. However, I ask that clients respect my time as I do yours. If you notify CrownedGold Photography about your tardiness, there is a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 25 minutes late will result in a canceled session, forfeiting your retainer, and a new appointment will need to be scheduled.

What if I want prints?

A.Great question!
You will have the opportunity to purchase prints through your final online gallery. Our printing lab has a variety of size options and will deliver them straight to your home.
